Established in 1976, Flexi recognised the need for a brand overhaul to bring cohesion and relevance to its identity, aligning with modern business goals. I led a market research initiative and conducted one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders, gathering insights to inform a collaborative brand workshop with the leadership team. This process allowed us to establish a refreshed strategy that aligns with Flexi’s vision and long-term growth objectives.

Focusing on their flagship product, the Flexi Narrow Aisle Forklift, we developed a visual identity inspired by the Tetris-like nature of warehouse management—adaptable, space-saving, and dynamic. The new branding highlights Flexi’s global impact in optimising warehouse spaces, creating a visually compelling identity that resonates with their innovative approach to space-saving solutions.
